Whimsy, Chippy, Vintage, Shabby, Rustic Oh My!!!!

Hello Sweet Blogging Friends.

I am still in the midst of packing up and getting ready to close on JCC #3 and moving on to JCC#4.

Trying to keep my eye on the Prize as I stumble through the sea of boxes and having a few melt downs but all in all we are so close now.

I wanted to show you one of my favorite shops I frequent.

It is a huge Shop called Vintage Market and it has two floors of vendors.

They have every taste and decor themes you could ever imagine.

I have lots of pics of the store.

Just enjoy shopping along.

If you want to see more I will give you the FB page of this shop at the end.

  7. Hi Kris! Thanks for thinking of us all, and sharing these photos - it looks to be a truly amazing place to shop. It's such a good job that I live in the UK - saves me from being tempted. Looking forward to seeing the photos of your new home. Hugs, Gilly x

I live in Arlington Heights now but we bought a home in Wheaton that we will move into in a couple of weeks. Yep this place is amazing.

  11. Oh my! No wonder you love this store so much! I swooned over just about everything (white that is). I love all the white/cream chippy furniture, dressers and picture frames, little shelves, little tables, etc. Oh such fun. I could picture about half of the things in your new home! How fun is all I can say! We don't have much like this anywhere around where I live unfortunately. Have a great Sunday! Marilyn

  12. I see from their FB page that they're having a big garage sale on July 13th. I'll have to check my calendar and then ask my mom if she wants to go with me. Can't wait to see photos of your afters on the new house!

  13. My kind of place! I saw so many things I could walk away with (well, of course I'd pay first...hehe). This is the kind of shop where you have to take at last 2 trips all around it just to take everything in. Thanks for sharing. Moving is the pits, however once you get there you will forget the pain as you make JCC #4 into a Kris and Terry haven. Can't wait to see what you and your DIY team mate do in your new digs, my friend. Hugs, Nancy

  14. Great displays, and some really great Americana themed things (love that ice cream cone framed graphic). It makes me a tad anxious though. We need to redo our booths asap, as local Panoply sister is about to have knee replacement!
Hang in there Kris. Sounds like you got a coordinated certain closing and plan for these cottage transitions.

  15. Wow, Kris. Let's see if you can guess which picture I fixated on. If you guessed the split coffee sign you would be right! LOL All the pictures are fantastic and I bet you could get lost in there for hours and hours.

Can't wait to see what you do to JCC#4. I am anxious to see it-you will be in there in just a few days now! xo Diana

  17. Oh my gosh you're moving to Wheaton? I didn't know! That puts us about 15 minutes away from each other, friend! And I need to get to that market stat! How did I not know about it? It's 25 minutes from my house!Seriously I will have to be dragged out of there....would love to get together once things calm down after the move, maybe even meet for lunch and the Market one day? But rest assured I will be visiting them on my pwn before that day for sure. Thanks so much for sharing this treasure and good luck with the last of the move. xo Kathleen

  26. Oh that blue Garden sign! I don't think I would have been able to pass that up. Kris, I know moving is exhausting. God bless you in the midst of it daily!

It's funny, this makes me remember how many times RH has teased me saying that I can often be too tired to cook supper but never ever too tired to go to an antique store. You too, maybe?
