Just wanted to share with you this cute little purchase I made at one of my fav shops Room 363.  I was meeting my daughter in downtown Naperville to have lunch and then babysit my granddaughter Abby for the afternoon and of course I had to stop in to see Mark at his great shop.  I have to admit I never walk out of there without something!!!! He always has too many cute things. Well I came across these cute cows and wanted to share them with you.  They are too adorable.  I have been having fun moving them around my house to see where they will fit best.

Look at the front of Mark's shop tooo cute and it draws you in.  Look at that cute chandy just hanging being adorable.  Of course love his cute bike in the back ground.  You know me and bikes in the garden!!!!! If you live in the Chicago land area suburbs you must check out Mark's shop and his blog. http://www.room363.net/

Here are my cute sweet little cows I purchased today.

They are candle sticks aren't they adorable.

I love all the detail and how sweet they are.

I have not decided where they will end up yet.  They are on the mooove!!!!!
Hope your week is going great.

  7. Oh, I love those cow candle holders - they are so cute!. Wish I knew about Room 363 when I traveled to Chicago all the time.
Stayed in downtown, Rosemont and Mt Prospect. Sometimes I would be there for a month looking for shopping and restaurants.I set-up our booth at McCormick Place and Rosemont. Our regional office was in Mt Prospect, so during set-up of the big machines my evenings were free to shop. Those were the good old days.
Love your home and gardens - have a super week.

  17. You have so many great shoppes where you live. Here we are limited, but I see there will be a few vintage markets coming up this summer. I have them all written down in my calendar. Saving my $$$.
I think your new cows need names. What do you think? :)

  19. Well, I guess the cows DID come home - to your house! LOL They are so cute! I used to collect cows and had so many that it was beginning to look comical. I put a lot away but kept out a few favorites. These little ones would have made the cut for sure! Cows are one of my favorite animals. I'd own one if I could! That's where my email name comes from. It was a screen name when I worked with AOL - Moominator. Like a terminator but it's a cow. A cow with an attitude LOL! My license plate says it too and people are always asking me what it means, then cracking up. I love that green sofa/settee outside of Mark's shop. SO kewl! Glad you found some new treasures and hope you had a blast with Abby. Hugs, Leena
