I have been looking for a long time for someone to make a slipcover for my sectional. Most of them I found in my area wanted to have the furniture for over a month and the cost almost was as much as I paid for the sectional itself so I had almost given up until I found Lisa from LHarmom Design on Etsy.
Lisa made this beautiful slipcover for me by just sending her measurements and a picture of the sectional.  She used a heavy denim 12 oz fabric so it would wash easily and wear nicely.  She did all of this in less than 2 weeks.  She is so sweet and great at keeping you posted on progress etc.
If you need an exceptional slipcover make of a high quality at a reasonable price and fast service you can contact Lisa at
www.lharmondesign.com

This is probably one of the nicest anniversary gifts my hubby has ever given me. I am a pretty low maintence girl and not into diamonds or expensive jewels so my husband said to go ahead and get this for our anniversary.  I love my home and love decorating so this really was a fitting gift for me.

Just a few more pictures I took of this lovely slipcover.

If you need a beautiful slipcover for any piece of furniture please contact Lisa.  She has several different fabrics to choose from and her work is exceptional.
I rest my case as to why I need a  washable slipcover for my sectional!!!!!! I have  a little friend that likes the couch better then her doggie bed!!!!!!

I linked up to Faded Charm Cottages White Wednesday check it out.

  2. these are fabulous!! I looked and looked last year for someone to make me slipcovers for two sofas. What I found was going to cost as much as new sofas so I ended up buying new. Never thought to look on etsy. wow! Such talent! How does someone make something like that with just measurements? I pinned these. :)

    1. Hi Lynn I have to tell you Lisa is great. She had me take pictures of the sectional from all sides and then she sent back the pictures with lines marked on them for the exact measurements she would need. So I did that and she was able to make this from just that. She has the talent for sure that is why I said I would give her a shout out on my blog. I looked and looked too and thought that I would just be better to buy new because of the cost. We had just bought this sectional from Macy's a year ago and I could not see buying a new one but wanted a more cottage feel so I by a fluke actually found her on etsy and contacted her and well you can see the results. She was very reasonable and supplied all the material etc. I hope if anyone else needs something slipcovered they will contact her after seeing mine. She is amazing. Thanks for stopping by and the nice comments.

I have tons of all Lisa's samples of fabrics so I will give them to you the next time I see you at the shop. I love this 12 oz denim she uses it really is nice and does not wrinkle when you sit on it and I am hoping with the dog getting on the couch it will be able to be washed alot with being white. I think I have a screw loose to get white but that is what gives it the cottage look!!!!! She does a great job and is fast!!!!!! I am thinking of contacting her just to make me another set of cushion covers to have as back up. I guess I want to see how this washes first. It is funny how low maintence I am no jewels here just get me a slipcover!!!! Ha Ha!!!! I am a happy girl. I can't wait to leave tomorrow for Junk Bonanza!!!! Woooooooo Hooooooo Girls road trip!!!! Talk to you soon.

    1. Hi Susan It really is a sweet transformation. I am so glad I did it. I was hesitant about the white especially with my little doggie friend!!!! but Lisa has assured me this is totally washable. The white will show dirt but what doesn't!!!! Plus that was the only way I could get the cottage look in this room . How many girls can say they got a slipcover for their anniversary?!!!! Very romantic for me!!!!!! I love this gift. I am excited about leaving tomorrow for a Junkin good time in Minnesota. About a 7 hour drive from here in Chicago but I am sure it will all be worth it when we get there. I will try and post some pictures when I get back. Woooo Hoooo I am excited to go a Junkin!!!!!

  13. Kris, I'm so sorry to leave this legnthy comment!Ok, nothing like the last minute! So so sorry about that! Hopefully this email will help you for your trip home. This is what we do. I don't have much info as far as shop names or anything like that, but I can tell you which towns are worth a stop. After Junk Bonanza, on the way home, we headed down the river on the Minnesota side to Red Wing, Mn. We spend the night there, then got up in the morning and walk through town. There are a couple of resale like, shops. Also there is usually a Farmer's Market going on. After Red Wing, we head over the river on US 63, I think, to the Wisconsin side. We take State Road 35 down the river through Bay City ( I think that's the name), there is an antique shop there, and then to Stockholm, which is worth a stop, cute town, lots of shops. Also along the way is Pepin, stop at the Homemade Cafe if it's still around, cute place, great pie served on individual pedestals. Then we head back over the river to Minnesota again to drive through Winona, Mn. Beautiful old town, along the river and bluffs, which is where I went to College at St. Mary's. After Winona, we head down 61 to LaCrosse Wis, which is kinda a cool town, if you have the time. We then take 90 home. Hope that helps. No secret shops or stops along the way, just a bunch of really cute towns, in a beautiful setting! Oh, if you happen to drive by on the Wisconsin side, a farm with tents and pumpkins and such in the yard, stop and fill up for fall. Its very cheap and on the honor system, but make sure you have enough cash. We usually empty our pockets at this place, and fill in any gaps left in the car! Have a great time and safe trip!

    Happy Junking!

    1. Hi Noel,
It was about 1100 for the sectional when for the whole slipcover and shipping. You can contact Lisa for different pricing on things depending on material etc. I love this because it is a 12 oz Denim and wears like jeans and gets softer with each wash. Love it. Hope that helps you.
